Our commitment
The practice is committed to making this site usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our baseline.
Known limitations
Some downloadable forms on the Forms page are temporary placeholders. The practice is in the process of replacing them with text-selectable PDFs that pass screen readers cleanly.
If a specific page or document is not accessible to you, please reach out using the contact information below — we will read the document to you, mail you a print copy, or otherwise accommodate the request.
How to report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, the fastest way to reach the practice is by phone using the number at the bottom of this page. We will document the issue and respond.
Ongoing work
This statement, and the underlying site, are revised as the practice's content grows.
